ABOUT OUR YOGA CLASSES

Monday, 10:30am GENTLE: A gentler approach to Vinyasa yoga. Build stamina, increase flexibility, and improve balance as we focus on creating a solid foundation, healthy alignment and breath awareness. Great for beginners. All levels welcome.

Tuesday, 5:15am POWER: A high fitness- fast paced-Vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, its benefits include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Tuesday, 11am CHAIR: Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing or seated yoga poses specially adapted for everyone including seniors. Prefect for any level of health and fitness. Chairs are provided to keep everyone safe—no need to bring a yoga mat.

Tuesday, 4:35pm YIN: Yin yoga targets the body's connective tissue. Unlike Vinyasa practice, yin yoga is a slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. You will leave the class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Wednesday, 10:30am VINYASA: This is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.

Thursday, 5:15am ENERGIZE: What better way to start your day than to release all the stiffness and loosen those tight muscles? Set your body and mind up for success with an energetic flow to waken the body fully and power up your day with joyful positivity. It’ll be better than coffee! Appropriate for all levels.

FREE BEGINNERS YOGA ON THE 1ST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH.

Restorative (Last Fridays of each month at 6:30pm or as scheduled). Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. This practice is great for those looking to reduce stress and to calm the excessive mind chatter. It combats insomnia and helps to promote deep sleep. Restorative yoga is also recommended for those dealing with loss or recovering from injuries. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice. No yoga experience needed! Dress in layers and bring a pillows and blanket if possible.
